The salient point, as Algore was wont to say, is that "there is no controlling legal authority" over what Pence will do January 6th. No Constitutional check or balance.

Fortunately, Chris Miller, the former Green Beret, the former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, and current Acting United States Secretary of Defense has affirmed the the extremely high likelihood of Pence taking the proper actions on January 6, 2021.

Pence has already stabbed Trump in the back and will not do this. The AG, SCOTUS, McConnell, Pence, FBI, CIA, Social Media, the press, and the deep state are all against him. Even McCarthy and other advisors are against him. Trump stands alone except for his supporters which won’t do anything but hold a few rallies. The coup will be complete 15 days and nothing will be done about it. Yes, there are things that could happen but they won’t. After Biden’s inauguration the press will discover that fraud did happen but it’s too late to do anything about it.
