I’m not a lawyer, but if there are subpoenas, would a Marshal not serve them? Once served, they must comply or go to jail like the rest of us....right?

That was how it used to be. But now ,2020, laws are only used to control serfs. The laws don't matter to the Elite Yuling Class which you and I are not members. This is what one gets when they elect Democrats and gutless Republicans.
We currently have a Two Party System. One Party has no morals or Principles. The other Party has no guts. Guess which Party wins when it wants.
