I wondered why, in this year of Covid, why poll watchers simply didn’t use GoPro cameras deployed at the ballot counting stations. Looks like the SOS prohibited them. One has to ask why, unless he wanted a potential of fraud.
I would love to see a state like Georgia do a total redo of their Nov 3 election, but this time with strict oversight of counters and tabulation machines.
If there was no cheating, the counts should be similar. Yet I have a feeling that Trump would win big with proper monitors in place.

The Senate Runoffs are being stolen presently, and not a damned thing is being done about it.
What good does it do to arrest them if they’ll be let go with, maybe, a slap on the wrist.

We need to make getting arrested very uncomfortable. Uncomfortable enough that the rioters will think twice, maybe three times.
the state legislator has plenary authority which means it exceeds GOV and SOS. The question is are they just making noise or are they going to bring it to a vote.
My impression of all the state legislators is that they are hiding under their desks with a wet finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing.

Why haven’t they been arrested?
Primarily because of the Secretary of State supported by the Governor, Lt Governor and Attorney General. The legislature has been clipped thus far since they are out of Session and the Governor refuses to call a special session. That ends in January.

Rather, the legislature should have already certified the alternate set. That is the way to contest. Act. Don’t just pay lip service when it is their responsibility.
