What is “on” is that both chambers would have to reject a states electors by majority votes of all the member in each chamber.


That isn’t how it works. It goes by how many republicans and democrats control each STATE. Republicans control more states than democrats.

No, they only vote by state delegations when they’re choosing between the two candidates , to elect one as president. And that only becomes an issue if enough electoral votes have been rejected that neither candidate has a majority of electoral votes. The rejection (or acceptance) of a states electoral votes is done by majority vote of all the members in the chamber, not by state delegations.

Look it up. You’ll see how the process works. With a majority of Democrats in the House, Nancy can stop any effort to reject a Biden state’s electoral votes. So they’ll never get to the point when the House would vote on the actual candidates by state delegations.
