I don’t care what Trump announces, Nancy Pelosi’s House is still going to accept the electoral votes that pit Biden over the top. The states have already sent their votes to Congress. The votes give Biden a winning margin. The House - ruled by Democrats - will accept those votes.
I think this is right. President Trump would have released information like this on election night, because every step taken after that adds legitimacy to the results. No reason to let that build up like it has.

Read up on the constitution. The procedure has been discussed here many times. It’s NOT what you said.
The House and Pelosi doesn’t do that. Pence does in a joint session. And when one Senator and one Congressman object to a delegation, it’s on.
