So if you’ve committed election fraud, you’re allowed to erase data and shred hard drives/destroy and shred ballots, but if you are investigating that fraud, well then, by golly, if you so much as forget to retain one of a hundred copies of a document, it’s the death penalty. Sounds banana republic legit.

They had to come up with a way to (A) back-fill Biden votes, (b) destroy Trump votes, and, (C) fabricate votes for Biden.
BACKSTORY In a yet unexplained move, key states including PA, Michigan, and WI stopped releasing vote counts on election night.
Fact-checkers have noted that these states didn’t stop counting.......but did not say not WHY they stopped releasing the results of their counting.
REALITY CHECK They had to go into the machines and falsify a separate reset to have them come out for Biden.
At 4 a.m. the next morning, huge amounts of fresh Biden votes were being reported. The scam worked so well
the all-knowing, all powerful, “ask no questions” MSM, themselves, “declared” Biden president-elect.
When things looked bad for Biden, the collusion was so flagrant, some states inexplicably
stopped releasing vote counts............more indication of a coordinated, monumental fraud.
And they have what power over al lawyer like Powell who most likely will not go cohen
Wood told them to file their lawsuit. I am sure he will show that to them, among other things.

The problem will be finding a relevant court who will deign to allow this to come to court. Seems all the country’s courts are holding hands together and circled up the wagons to prevent this ton of evidence from being heard and acted upon.

It’s going to be a DEFAMATION lawsuit. That’s the power they have over Powell. But it hasn’t been filed yet, and there is no court order, so there’s no power to compel her to do anything at this point in time.

With CNN being the master of fake news, this story is automatically flagged as having no credibility.
Defamation hard one. She knows that.
That’s lousy legal advice. Failing to preserve evidence after getting a request to do so will be presented by the opposition as an indication that important material was destroyed.

Where does it say that Sidney Powell is NOT going to preserve evidence?
She’d be stupid not to do so. She insists that she has evidence that supports her accusations, why on earth would she not preserve them?
As if any of these lawyers had the slightest notion of destroying any of the evidence they have collected.
When the day comes that it is no longer useful for legal actions they should dump it all in the public domain. Purely for “historical purposes” of course.
Dominion has no grounds to make such a demand.
One of their own VP’s proclaimed that he had “fixed” the machines.
In the days after the election, when the info about what their VP said had gotten out, they (Dominion) scrubbed their website effectively erasing the VP’s existence with the company. The guy also scrubbed and shut down his social media around the same time.
If they had nothing to hide, then why all the scrubbing?
Why make the claims that authorities can’t do a forensic audit on the machines because it would expose “proprietary information”?

Makes me wonder if they tried this “weighted vote” in 2016, but didn’t take into consideration the overwhelming dislike of hillary?
Their reactions on election night and the years after were that of shock, like they had it all planned out to hand it to Hillary, but enough turned out to vote thus skewing their algorithms.
They came up with Russia! Russia! Russia! as a means to whitewash it so they didn’t get Arkancided by Hillary for not fudging the numbers enough.
