Gay men? That’s regressive by current Democrat standards. Gay gender fluid individuals. Collectives? Does it have to be one person? Maybe a grouping whose membership can be refreshed as members die off so the seat can be held for posterity. After all, wasn’t white patriarchy just such a group? The mind boggles at the possibilities.

You’re right of course, I am guilty of making an offhand comment without thinking it through. When we have fifteen supreme court justices there will have to be one of each gender. Maybe there will have to be 69 justices.
