You sound like a crazed Nazi to me. The poor, the lazy, the Communists who exploit them and the radical anarchists will always be with us. A new republic will write new Constitution closing ALL the loopholes that the current ( pre Marx world USC ) has in it. Especially codifying this: NO FEDERAL WELFARE.

So, what will make this New Constitution sufficiently powerful and able to withstand the onslaught of "the Communists who exploit them and the radical anarchists will always be with us?
Will it be because some worthwhile passages will be in caps? Bold? Italics?
What will prevent this new constitution from being used as toilet paper while they riot in the streets, impeach the sitting president with false make up bullshit, and stuff ballot boxes with fraudulent ballots printed especially for this purpose?
Do you actually believe a new piece of paper is all we need to set this ship straight?
