"Fair" is a subjective term. President Trump would be the wanted and elected man, but not the man who was elected via the Electoral College.
Thankfully, as we are a nation of laws not men. President Trump will not attempt to take the actions you mention.
If we have electors who were lied to as to election results it seems to me we have a problem.
Biden did NOT win the majority of the votes in at least six of the states. That is plainly obvious.
So to suggest we simply pretend he did is tyranny in my opinion.
