A Republican form of government by declaring martial law, holding an election not sanctioned by the Constitution and imposing restrictions not allowed under the Constitution. And to do what? Bring faith and trust back to our elections? Are you serious? Right now upwards of half the people think the election was rigged. What is unprecedented is having a Chief Justice who refuses to enforce the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Without those protections, its not a constitutional election.
