While you are trying to spout off a bunch of rules its more than likely that Trump is gearing up to declare a !imited martial law in the 5 contested states and have the military over see a one day in person revote. Common sense says he will also have to lock down DC. That means controlling Congress which Trump has the constitutional right to adjourn for 10 days. Beyond that we are in new territory but so is a Marxist revolution.
They are not "rules." This is a nation of laws, and of the Constitution.

Now, please cite the Statute that says that the President can suspend Congress.
Thankfully, a President has no authority to order a revote. If there is, please provide some source.
