I support people going to DC on January 6.
I have a problem with people advocating for martial law, requesting the President to "hold" (whatever that means) new elections in certain states, and otherwise suspending portions of the US Constitution including "mass" arrests (in some cases for not agreeing with President Trump).
Not going to happen. Again, it's telling there are no takers of a bet to benefit Free Republic on who will be right.

Under the Emergency Powers Act the President can declare this as an act of subversive domestic terrorism. Which after the Navarro Report it clearly is. And 70 million plus have his back.

Difficult to impeach when using the very laws that CONGRESS enacted... and gave to the President. The political process of impeachement is not.... judicial without actual crimes being described. The use of military is within Executive Powers given by Acts of Congress to the Executive.

Who said anything about dictatorship? How about the Law of Armed Conflict... legally applied to domestic civilian non-combatants in the War on Terror (to include those aiding abetting and... financing the chi-coms and National Security Election infrastructure. The proven overwhelming facts.)
