She is deluded if she thinks her father is remembered fondly. I once spoke with a Marine who worked for a time in Congress. He mentioned he had met McCain a number of times. I met him once. The officer asked me my impression of McCain. I replied he came across as an arrogant prick. The officer smiled and said he would not disagree with me. I fondly remember McCain’s funeral.

Many of the things he did as Senator were disgraceful, especially his untruths to his own constituents to get himself reelected.
