New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio apologized for the police response to the protests that took place in the city earlier this year following the death of George Floyd.

That SOB. The police should just all quit. Stop answering 911 calls in the hood. Never arrest a black person. Let them have their anarchy.

many of the strategies used by officers failed to distinguish between peaceful protesters and instigators of violence.
So what are they saying? That there are peaceful protesters in a rioting mob? And we have to make sure we don’t arrest someone whos part of the mob? , but not actively throwing rocks and bricks and molotov cocktails?
So then, the only way police can arrest someone is if the cops catch someone in the act at the exact moment of the violent act, otherwise we should presume they are merely a peaceful protester?
Seems simple enough. New York Police need to make it very clear that they will correctly crack down on any illegal protest, especially those that block sidewalks, streets, or business, but that any protest held at Gracie Mansion (the taxpayer funded mayor’s residence) can be held at will and will have zero police involvement since they’re “peaceful protestors”.
DeBlasio raises the finger to hard working Americans who had businesses in his city, who loved it and did their best to keep the city working and afloat and that were torched and destroyed by the “protesters” and to whom DeBlasio turned a blind eye.
De Blasio: “My bad...”
Many of them have relocated to Florida.
I hope they fully understand that the reason they left NY was because of the LIEberal Lunatics running the state!

De Blasio doesn’t care what happens in NYC - whether people leave or not. His mayoral term will end soon.
At this point, he’s looking to build up his political creds for some other position.
This “apology” was a pre-planned political stunt, like the Black Lives Matter “mural.”
Did he apologize to the store owners who saw their life work destroyed?
It’s simple: Marxists don’t want to take over a capitalist country, they want to destroy the capitalist country so that a socialist utopia will emerge from the ashes - with them ruling it of course.
Thus, they seek power in order to destroy the country; hence why they break everything they touch.
I hope they end up like Mussolini.
