NY-22 becoming a difficult lesson in voter rights, as candidates are 12 ballots apart

There’s still no winner in New York’s 22nd Congressional district, where Republican Claudia Tenney and Democratic Incumbent Anthony Brindisi are vying for the last undecided House seat. This week, county Boards of Elections are recounting some of the race’s ballots. The partial canvasses were ordered by an Oswego County Supreme Court justice after the Boards’ clerical errors made judicial review of hundreds of ballots challenged by the candidates impossible.

It’s unclear just how many hundreds of challenge ballots there are, but with only 12 votes separating the candidates, the court’s rulings on them might determine the race’s outcome.

Yet it was intentionally allowed by Cuomo who by his own hand disenfranchised every single voter in this election district and will suffer absolutely NO consequences with zero accountability - which is why this continues.r

The Boards of Elections are expected to finish the recounts by the end of Friday. They will meet with the candidates and DelConte for a virtual meeting that same afternoon.

Today is the day the Judge takes the win away from the GOP leading the race and hands it to the Dem.

It turns out that Democrat-run voting and vote-counting in NY in 2020 are as manipulated and corrupt as Democrat-run elections in Mississippi in 1920

I can’t recall when a Republican won a close race with a recount/run-off etc. The DNC ALWAYS finds the votes needed in the end to steal the “win”. This is why I think GA will be a complete gut punch for the GOP.

How about this quote from the article: “The Republican party, for the most part, appears to have tried to prevent qualified voters from casting valid ballots,” Grossman said. “The Democratic party has seemed mostly to have tried to ensure voters are able to cast valid ballots.”

The article repeatedly says that only 12 votes separate the two candidates but seems to fail to say who is ahead. Wonder why? Did a search and the R is ahead.

They are actually 28,000 votes apart.

Fraud doesn’t count.

It seems pretty clear to me - recount the votes for the Republican to see if you can find any to swtich to democrat, but don’t re-count any of the votes origninally given to the democrat.

We know that mistakes were made in the original counting because the ballot boxes should have been stuffed with enough votes for the democrat to win.

Sort oflike the hanging chads left when a bunch of ballots in Florida were punched with an icepick a few years ago - and the democrats immediately paniced because they realized they had idiots doing the punching.

It’s New York, we know who will win, why bother voting.

All these races are only close due to ballot harvesting.

Actually in this case it is more about the mail in voting. I believe that a forensic examination of the ballots and who voted them would show massive vote fraud using mail in ballots.

Actually it’s not the ‘last’ house seat. IA-2 with GOP’s Miller-Meeks up by 6 votes, is being appealed to the House by Rita Hart, having passed up her option of local court challenges (because she knew she’d lose there.) So when Rats dis Trump over his court challenges and taking his case to Congress remind them that their party is doing the same kind of stuff.

That is probably the case, I am sure Prince Andrew’s “henchmen” had enough mail-ins at the ready to erase the 20,000 vote lead...
