So should stare decisis be respected when the SCOTUS starting eroding that swiftly in the 1930s and when the Warren court further kicked the erosion into overdrive which is where we are now or ignoring stare decisis and fixing what the court did that eroded stare decisis in the first place?
Judicial supremacy is a convoluted mess which explains our legal system in a nut shell.
There could be some truth to your comments. Many thought Bush was conservative, it turned out he was a big globalist. Same with Roberts. They are two peas in the same pod.
With all those lawyers you’d think SOMEONE would have listed Donald J. Trump, President along with the State of Texas in their lawsuit - thus earning “standing” status and couldn’t be dismissed on that basis.

I'm waiting for the legal wrangling to hit the inevitable impasse so that we may once again have cause to cast off our chains, like 50% income taxes, lockdowns, benefits for a few, big media/tech telling us what we can say and do, and now the powerful elite blatantly fabricating election results.
This long train of abuses & usurpations pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to subject us to arbitrary power under absolute Despotism; it is our right, our duty, to throw off such government of and by the oligarchs, and provide new guards for our future security.
