My read is that GA requires absentee ballots to be mailed by a household member, family member, or caregiver.

So, no ballot harvesting - except maybe at nursing homes if you have someone working there actually put the envelopes in the mailbox.

Am I missing something? Does anyone know if the D's are ballot harvesting at jails? Are the R's working the nursing homes? Does anyone from a PAC want to pay me to go work nursing homes?

A vanity on your first day at Free Republic is considered bad form.

He/she used part of a huge title from Georgia law. No problem.

Then made some comments.

No problem.

I don't see it as a vanity.

Is this a vanity post? Links are to the Justia website which includes Georgia code, 2006-2019, the US Constitution and other information.

Well, that’s THE LAW as PASSED BY THE GEORGIA LEGISLATURE. Is that what’s actually happening EXTRA-LEGISLATIVELY? You know, as decided by the Governor, Secretary of State and judges.

The 2 words that jumped out at me were folded and envelope. So absentee/mailin ballots that have not been folded and have no envelope should be disqualified?

Didn’t see it as a vanity post. Not about me personally, other than the job joke. Just wanted to start a discussion about what I think is an important issue. I could have posted to breaking.
