Yes, but their denial was about standing, which I disagreed about with the Texas suit. Sidney Powell's first suit was dismissed for the same technicality. However, She is now only representing some 4-5 GA voters plaintiffs who should have standing. It's on the UUSC Docket and we'll see soon. I have no faith the Supremes will look at the tons of evidence and dismiss for some reason.
I really want to see an Electoral battle between the States electors. Let's see how many of the State majority of Repub legislatures are willing to select their own Electors. As I've read, it happened before between JFK and Nixon. JFK won the Electoral fight. It also happened back in the 1800's.

I heard a Perdue campaign radio ad today with actual audio of Trump speaking at a rally. It was basically a Trump ad. Yet at the same the GOPe is totally AWOL and fully support the steal. Totally disgusting how the GOPe is using Trump now to advance the Team China agenda.

Sure if they had done that, but they didn't and all went along with the crooked vote counts and approved the SoS electors approved by the Governor and only he is responsible for certifying the delegates. All of them sent a competing slate but that means nothing unless the congress refused to count the fraudulent electors and they won't.
There is one way out of this and it won't happen. All these secret plans are in motion claims are just smoke blowing smoke to placate the rowdies.
