Background: A few years into the Biden/Harris dictatorship a predictable turn of events has come about. Aggrieved citizens have started to no longer demand that criminals be sent to prison when convicted of a crime. Instead the citizens demand that the criminal be set free. Why you ask?. A cottage industry of folk for hire to do dirty deeds done dirt cheap has arison. It is thru these means that aggrieved citizens receive justice.
Scene: in a courtroom:
Judge: The law demands a minimum sentence of 24 years for the defendant’s act of murder. Any last comments from counsels?
Lawyer for the plaintiff: Your Honor, we ask that the defendant be released into the civilian population.
Lawyer for the defendant: Your Honor, that is not acceptable as being released is almost a guaranteed death sentence. We ask that my client be allowed to join the prison population for the maximum sentence.
Judge: I find for the plaintiff. The defendant is to be released immediately. Court dismissed.
