I was fact checked by fb when I brought up the story about no significant uptick in total US deaths. The fact checkers cited the cdc saying the US has 300,000 more deaths this year than last year. So whats the deal? Did over 5000 people per state on average die this year due to covid or not?
I don’t have any numbers but I know from an acquaintance who works at the big casket factory here in southern Indiana (Batesville/Hillenbrand Industries) that demand is very strong this year. They had been trending down due to Chinese imports and the trend toward cremations.
