-- I heard on Seb Gorkas show today that there's an argument to be made that the House votes for disputed elector votes should be the State delegates as would be if the House was choosing the President. In that case, Republicans have a 27-23 advantage. --

The "each state gets one vote" system kicks in ONLY if the election isn't decided by electors' votes.

The "objection" thing has to do with the electors' votes. All the members of Congress, in joint session, weigh in on objections to the slates of electors.

3 USC 15 <- it's long, but " ... but the two Houses concurrently may reject the vote or votes when they agree that such vote or votes have not been so regularly given by electors whose appointment has been so certified."

Do not look to government for justice. Especially not the totally failed institutions of Congress or the Courts.

Thank you. It seems strange that lawyers and legislators don’t have a firm grasp on this when this is their remaining strategy to nullify fraudulent votes. It will be necessary to prove the voting frauds so unquestionably that majorities in both the House and Senate see that it’s true. Given that the DOJ denies that there was widespread fraud, this is a tall order.
