Talking about Jill Biden, did you see Whoopie say, on her show The View, that Dr. Jill Biden is an incredible doctor and therefore should be Biden's new U.S. Surgeon General? (BTW, Whoopster, Jill has an Ed.D. in education, not an MD.)
