Democrats are PISSED that there will likely be one more Circuit nominee confirmed this Congress.

The day Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed, an aging Reagan judge on the 1st Circuit died.

Trump then nominated Raul Arias-Marxuach to the vacancy.

If he is confirmed, Trump will have 55 Circuit judges confirmed in less than four years, matching Obama's 55 in EIGHT years.
