It’s a very cheap molecule widely used for various reasons for livestock.
Side effects appear to be down in the HCQ range, i.e. damn near none. Some bad med interactions.
Indians are using it widely, which I’m about to make a post about. Their case and death trajectories have been nicely improving since September. Which no one is talking about here.
A molecule is a molecule. If you have what I think you do, it’s FDA approved for veterinary use. They feed that stuff to $million $dollar race horses. And we’re still a free country.
The suppression of therapeutics like this should be criminal. I strongly believe thousands have died because no one in Big Pharma would make any money off these approaches, and HCQ and IVM were and are being suppressed in this country.
While the World is on a vaccine frenzy, the Indian Government is distributing a home Covid Kit with Zinc, Doxycycline and Ivermectin. The cost $2.65 per person.

India has been using HCQ for prophylaxis for quite some time among health care workers and first responders. That are now also using Ivermectin, and it appears to be even better. It is approximately as cheap, and as safe AFAICT. Here are some graphs on how India is "flattening the curve":
In particular, note that recoveries are exceeding new cases. This is known as A Good Thing™.
More on Ivermectin:
COVID Care for Clinicians / COVID Care Protocol
Frontline Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance
In particular, see the I-MASK+ Protocol in that last.
It’s also criminal that the Task Force has not touted Vit D all along, or at least make sure nursing home patients get a level checked.
Oh, but it’s cheap and does not help Big Pharma profits.
No doubt.
I had a physical a couple months ago. One of the first things my internist asked was if I was taking vitamin D, and she was happy I was.
Here is one of the Ziverdo kits, which include Ivermectin, for sale at an online pharmacy in India:

Currect price is 127.5 INR, which converts to $1.73.
