The details are important:

“Kansas had been the only state to require people to show a physical document such as a birth certificate or passport when applying to register to vote. The issue is distinct from state laws that call for people to produce driver licenses or other photo IDs to cast a vote in person.”

Maybe some commenters should re-read this.

I don't see how requiring people to prove citizenship upon REGISTRATION is a problem. Not like they're asking you to bring a birth certificate on the day of the vote with little time to find BC if you lost it. Registration deadlines are usually way in advance of any voting.

What this does tell me this this: The Supreme Court is saying they have the right to poke their noses into how Kansas decides to run their elections, but Texas has "no standing" to stop multiple states in engaging in a conspiracy to perform fraud against their own people and the whole nation.

My response to this is simple: "F*** YOU YOU BLACK ROBED TYRANTS".

The net is the same. Drivers' licenses are faked all over the place. The other docs are more expensive to fake. That's why the Left and its judges can't abide them. Kansas should ignore the ruling entirely and proceed.
