Judge Raúl Arias-Marxuach is President Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit from Puerto Rico.

53 years old, Arias-Marxuach is currently a federal district judge in Puerto Rico. He is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where he earned his J.D. magna cum laude. Arias-Marxuach also received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is having a hearing today at 10AM. Arias-Marxuach is the only nominee to be heard.

So it looks like the Senate is determined to get this nominee confirmed/vacancy filled before the end of the Congress.

If confirmed, he will be Trump's 55th Circuit judge in less than four years, matching Obama's 55 in EIGHT years.

Despite all the election stuff, Trump's judges are reaping dividends. Just yesterday the 9th Circuit ruled that Nevada's Covid limits on church gatherings was illegal (Trump added TEN judges to the 9th Circuit).

Who cares how many judges he confirms. They have all turned on him. Look at the SCOTUS. All that work to confirm three justices and in the most important case they’ll ever hear, they turned out to be little Johnny Roberts clones.

1st Box is the soap box. Freedom of speech - censored
2nd Box is the voting box. Right to vote - taken away
3rd Box is the jury box. Judiciary - corrupted
4th box is the ammo box. Don’t make me come back armed.
