The citizens of MI (& the other contested states) must demand in no uncertain terms that their state legislature utilize their Article II Constitutional authority and send an alternative slate of elector votes (for Trump)...or simply none at all to their governor. They have until January 3rd to transmit the new slate to the Archivist who sends them to congress.
