All of this can be found at Judicial Watch Clinton Documents and has been there since 2017. There is no new WikiLeaks dump (or even old one) as they just mirrored what Judicial Watch got.

Security clearance holders, past or present, forbidden to access that website per DOD. Doing so is considered “unauthorized access to classified material”.

Just goes to demonstrate that a government-issued clearance is NOT a piece of paper that says, “we trust you”. It’s a piece of paper that says, “we have all your history and personal info, so your ass is ours if you screw up”
