Breitbart ^ | 12/15/20 | Joel B. Pollak

Gascón was sworn in earlier this month, and immediately vowed to stop the use of cash bail, to bar prosecutors from seeking the death penalty, and to end sentencing “enhancements,” such as additional penalties for using a gun in committing a crime, or belonging to a criminal gang.

Hey Arizona, Nevada,.. Do you hear this?? I will Contribute $10,000 to a Program of PAYING CRIMINALS to Move to Los Angeles where their services are welcomed. Any Peace Officer in AZ or NV that wants to help, let me know. I bet for $200 and a Bus Ticket you could convince most two bit criminals to MOVE out of Arizona and call Los Angeles their New Home.

This is astonishing.

People should watch what this douchebag is doing. This is behavior that ALL Anti-Americans support, most especially the ones who won’t say it aloud since hey know it would cost them in elections.

I will no longer use terms like “liberal”, “left”, and “Democrat”, or RINO”.

They are all Anti-Americans now.

Maybe you could invest in a Criminal Tourism business.
We could bus criminals into LA for a crime spree, then take them them home again?

Arizona...Why not Orange County?
I am predicting that criminals will move to Los Angeles County from Orange County...

DA of the Orange County is not as crazy as this L.A. County DA...

Mr. Gascon does not want this cop killer to be punished too severely...He is OK with this killer getting a parole eventually...What an idiot...

Mr. Gascon once graduated from the LAPD Academy and worked for LAPD...Sometimes liberals do end up becoming cops...

Richard Hongisto was once the chief of SFPD...He was a liberal...He actually was a regular cop before becoming getting promoted...

Yep. In my county, (upstate NY) the sheriff is a Demonrat and knelt during the Saint George fiasco. One of the Sgts is a Demonrat also.

Don’t do that. What you are seeing now is a coordinated operation by the intelligence operation that has penetrated the US. Many moving parts are working together to make New York City and California unlivable, from COVID lockdowns killing businesses and jobs, to support from criminals and lawlessness. The objective is to drive migration to Texas and Florida, to make elections in those states closer, and the state governments more corrupt so future fraud can take those states.

You will see a lot of famous names now begin moving to those states, and playing up how free they are, how many jobs they are producing, and how there are no state taxes.

What you are looking out is a lot bigger than people think, almost like a shadow government intelligence service, only instead of serving a nation, it is serving a large group of ultra-wealthy elites who are profiteering off our nation.

I thought the way sentencing works is that the prosecutor and defense can make recommendations but the judge is totally free to set the sentence and the conditions within the range specified by law. Are not sentence enhancements such as possessing a gun or a prior felony a simple yes/no in terms of obligatory add-ons by the judge?

An ethical judge would disregard BS sentencing recommendations and put prosecutors at risk of contempt penalties if there were to be concealed facts such as possession of a gun during commission of a crime.

Then there is lala land California where feeling good overcomes law.

I can only wish that some parolee takes out Gascon for some imaged slight. That would be real justice.

What a sick SOB, both Gascon and Soros the traitor.

What is unbelievable is that he, and by extension, the rest of the Anti-Americans are going to wage war on law abiding, tax-paying Americans including his fellow Anti-Americans.

He won’t pay the price. But people like you and I (and his fellow AntAms) will.

California is just a big pile of stinking feces now, in every way. I feel sorry for any decent people who still live there and must suffer through the laws and crazoid politicians the nutcases on the left keep putting in place.
