I still don't get why the USSC thought Texas citizens didn't have standing since their votes were disenfranchised by the obvious fraud committed by other States. Yes, I get that a State can't dictate how another State conducts their elections. However, the fraud was already apparent and the Supremes should have heard the lawsuit on its merits.
There was an article on FR last night, said that John Roberts was screaming at the other justices, said the junior judges need to know their place, and that he didn’t want the SCOTUS to be responsible for all of the rioting that would ensue, should they consider the case.
It had nothing to do with standing or laws or the constitution or integrity, etc.
