I am waiting for employers to start mandating the vaccine. Especially those in the Restaurant/Entertainment industries, i.e. Casinos, theaters, etc. My super says you can’t say no without getting fired and you have no legal recourse.
Any lawyers out here want to weigh in?
Why,The SURGEON GENERAL stated yesterday even if you get the vaccine,you can still get the virus AND pass it to someone else,you just might have lesser symptoms,so what’s the freaking point? You will still be required to wear a mask and social distance,does that mean schools will still be closed? Restaurants will still be put out of business,no funerals,weddings? Why would you risk taking a vaccine that sounds like it’s actually going to give you the virus rather than prevent it?!
Time to get out the old color printer and do some fancy editing. Send me what the vaccine papers look like.
I’ve been to Vegas at least once a month, sometimes every 2 weeks, since June. There is nothing to do but drink and gamble. I noticed 2 weeks ago that there was some kind of show at the Luxor and have seen a few shows coming back. That being said, my friends who work in the casinos are saying Sisolak is likely to shut the bars down to customers again today.

That’s a good idea. They can re-purpose the Fraud Ballot Drop Boxes for us to return our self-certifications.
Pharmacy yes, but I would go after the hotels. Any hotel that would deny a person solely on the fact they didn’t get the vaccine should be sued for piles of money...
I don't know about Vegas, but expect it's probably like Shreveport, LA. I went to a casino there several months ago to play some blackjack. It was terrible. Every couple of minutes, the dealer is telling someone to pull their mask up. It was annoying and generally not enjoyable. I left a day early because I just wasn't enjoying the experience.
Talked to the concierge on the way out, knowing it wouldn't do any good, but it was nice to have someone to point out the fact that people going to a casino are self-selected as someone who doesn't give a damn about this virus fear mongering. If I actually gave a damn, I'd have stayed home hiding under my bed.
