Let the Bagpipes sound sadly.

In the 1949 movie, "The Hasty Heart," then-actor Ronald Reagan declares: "I hate bagpipes," and when he hears a Scottish soldier playing bagpipes, comments: "Somebody give him asthma." Now, 71 years later, Reagan's views were totally warranted.
