I believe Pence and the US Senate get to decide which envelope of electors to open. And Democrats will run to SCOTUS if it’s the “wrong” one. It gets interesting.
I believe SCOTUS will decide that the State’s Constitution must be upheld and the Legislature gets to choose electors. (Good for Republicans).
Sure. Some people didn’t like the results as declared, got together, and designated their own “electors”, who then “voted” to give their votes to Trump.
You can play along, in whatever state you live in. Get your family together, head to your living room, declare the meeting started. Write down your names, call yourselves electors, vote for Trump, and put your results in the mail and send it to the House and Senate.

As Trump's lawyer, Jay Sekulow, said on his radio show, a few days after the election: A lot of things all have to go Trump's way for him to be inaugurated. So far, almost nothing's gone his way. Hopefully, the tide will turn.
The massive nationwide Democrat Party Cabal election fraud (and all the Republican lawsuits) are so sprawling that I quit trying to keep track of it all. And that's exactly why the Democrats used such a wide variety of election-fraud methods, to make it virtually impossible for Republicans to investigate all the fraud, identify it, assemble lawsuits, prosecute them, and get courts, electors, state legislators, and Congress to come through. An extremely tall order. Meanwhile, the Democrats continue putting intense pressure on Trump 24/7 to "Concede, concede, concede ..."

In this case, the GOP is essentially selecting alternate electors just in case the ‘official’ state results are overturned. This is occurring in 5 contested states, while Michigan illegally locked out Republican electors today so they could’t vote.
But there is no split as things stand now, the Dems slate of electors would stand. This is a move so Trump can keep all options open, still hoping someone will wake up and smell the fraud.
