68% error is only possible if Trump won by a landslide but you gave most of those votes to Biden.
You have 68% error. You manipulate the votes to give Biden the win. You don’t have to give all 68% to Biden. If a close election, and you have 68% “error”. Say, 34% Biden/Trump. Then you flip ohhh, say 25% from Trump to Biden.
Just average small county. say 100,000 votes. 68% error.
68,000 votes. Split evenly Biden/Trump. 34000. Flip ohhh....25% Trump to Biden. 8,500. But since you “flipped” then that comes to 17000 vote change.
The point being, percentages be damned, you can manipulate the vote “error” to show whatever outcome you want.
