We have WAY more evidence than needed at this point for Trump to invoke it. Or any number of other remedies.

Emerald on Newsmax used the 68% inaccurate rate figure. How is that applied? 68% of the total votes seems incredible.

From another thread, it's not that 68% of votes were tabulated incorrectly, it's that the machines marked 68% of the votes as "issue votes", that then needed people to go in and confirm that they were, in fact, for Biden. So if Biden's losing by 20%, you go in and mark 21% for Biden, and that gives him the win but doesn't create an crazily unrealistic landslide in his favor.

Possibly. Assuming their crap is as good as they think it is. And assuming some of them get through our missile defenses.

And the biggest assumption: that China would think they'd survive our retaliatory strike, and be able to do much of anything after, much less be in a better position than us.
