But here is the rub:
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.”
Unless I missed it, I dont see them explaining how it was intentional. It COULD be a code flaw. I doubt it, but I am just being the devils advocate here. Need to see the source code showing the intentional act.
Here’s the thing, the whole point of a machine counter is RELIABILITY. When you get over a 1% error rate, your election results are no longer reliable.
Now the question is, what was the error rate in other counties??? We need a statewide audit - probably a nationwide audit - of all dominion voting machines, now.
Yes, I thought this was just about errors. But there was more...
If you read further, the report speaks to an algorithm causing the errors. Frankly, I had a hard time understanding the analysis/report. I’d love to see a FR techie give us a summary that points to where there is intention. The best think I understood was that for all of the 68% of the adjudicated votes, because of the number there must have been some bulk modification process ineffect because individual vote changes would have taen too long for that many errors.
RE: It COULD be a code flaw. I doubt it, but I am just being the devils advocate here.
OK, let’s accept ( However farfetched it is ) that it is a code flaw. EVEN WITH THIS, it demonstrates that the system is useless. With this so-called code flaw, several questions arise:
1) Why did the state not go through stringent QA testing before accepting the machines?
2) How many more counties were affected by this code flaw?
THEREFORE: There needs to be a thorough vetting and investigation of ALL similar Dominion machines in every single county in the USA that uses it to make sure that this so-called flaw ( I am humoring you here ) did not affect every other place that uses it.
THEREFORE: We CANNOT certify the election results UNTIL we investigate this.
A lot of jabber about the source code being a trade secret.
My recollection is that if this is ruled to be a criminal act, the code is not protected by patents.
However such secrets could be kept secret by a court order in order to keep other criminals from copying it.
