Democrat Senate candidate Jon Ossoff’s plan to ban semiautomatic rifles is reminiscent of Robert “Beto” O’Rourke’s not-so-distant pledge to take away Americans’ AR-15s. It was during the 2019 Democrat presidential primary when O’Rourke said, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.” O’Rourke bobbed and weaved for weeks when questioned about the confiscatory pledge. Then, in typical Democrat fashion, tried to paint police enforcement of a ban on AR-15 ownership as something other than confiscation. On October 16, 2019, he told MSBNC’s Morning Joe that police would go to homes to “recover” the rifles from the non-compliant once the ban was implemented. Now, Ossoff has not yet explained how he would implement his ban–or deal with the non-compliant–but he is clear in his push to ban semiautomatic rifles and “high capacity” magazines. On his campaign website Ossoff says, “I support a ban on the sale of semi-automatic rifles (“assault weapons”) and high-capacity magazines to the general public.” Ossoff’s ban is very O’Rouke-like, and it will be interesting to see how a gun-loving state such as Georgia votes when it comes to a politician who is running on a pledge to outlaw many of their favorite guns, not to mention an untold number of their favorite magazines. Ossoff is running against pro-Second Amendment Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) in Georgia’s January 5, 2021, run-off.

This is why we HAVE to vote for Perdue against this jerk in the runoff in January, he's been rock-solid on the Second Amendment and he's the only defense we have against Kamala Harris casting the deciding vote in Congress on the array of gun-grabbing legislation the Democrats have in store for us if we lose the Senate. Yes, the Dems cheat and are going to cheat, and they're already setting the Dominion machines to steal an estimate of the number of votes needed to tip the elections. But that's why it's all the more important to go out and vote for Perdue in January. The survival of the country really does depend on it, because with Senile Joe being pushed into the White House, if we lose the Senate, then the radical communist anti-gun zealot Kamala Harris will be in charge of both the Executive and legislative branch! We HAVE to stop this.
Even with the Dems' cheating and vote-stealing, funded and assisted by Bloomberg, Soros and Big Tech corruption pushed by Gates, Zuckerberg and Bezos, we can still beat them if the margin is high enough to overcome their vote-stealing. This "boycott" business is stupid now, and in fact the Dems are counting on it to estimate the number of machine votes they'll have to flip and ballots they'll have to stuff to steal the election. But if we surprise them with a heavy vote of support for David Perdue, even the Dem corruption machine, Bloomberg bribery and Big Tech won't be able to flip enough votes to steal the election. Yes, 2024 may be bringing about revolutionary changes, and if the GOP tries to stiff Trump in 2024 or support RINO's who take our guns or push amnesty, then yes, that will be the time to cripple the Republican Party and replace it with a new one under Trump's leadership. But for now we have to vote GOP in the runoffs to prevent the Dems from taking the Senate, because if we fail, the Dems will have the power to pass the gun-grabbing legislation needed to rob us of our last defense against the tyranny of their leaders and the plutocrats supporting them, and the country won't even make it to 2024. Many of the Senate Republicans are RINO's and I too wouldn't vote for neocon backstabbers like Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, Paul Ryan or John Cornyn. But David Perdue is absolutely not among this group. He's a true-blue conservative and one of the staunchest defenders of gun rights that we have in the Senate. We must make sure he prevails.
that oughta about do it.
IF we had a fair election process I’d agree with you.
Of course he’d exempt the NFAC militia.
“..Of course he’d exempt the NFAC militia....”
Exactly.
Which is why no one else is gonna comply with his BS either.
Honest..the word is honest.
You said it! A normal election would guarantee a Perdue victory on that basis alone.
But the entire state of Georgia is being stolen with Republican connivance. It’s as though the bridge crew on the Titanic said,
“Iceberg right head? Then steady as she goes, full speed ahead!!”
Nowadays the easiest way to be ostracized as an obnoxious rebel is to think for yourself and to not follow the herd!
It certainly should, I agree with the way elections are “run” now it’s hard to take even sure things for granted anymore.
This will NOT go over well with Georgians.
“This will NOT go over well with Georgians.”
Well, they’re OK with D’rats stealing their elections. Why should D’rats taking their guns be any different?
They are now on an oiled slippery slope. Maybe KY is a better lube for what they’re gonna get.
Only matters how it goes over with the Georgians who count the votes.
his push to ban semiautomatic rifles and “high capacity” magazines.
= = =
If the semi’s are banned, then what good are magazines, high OR low capacity?
“Nowadays the easiest way to be ostracized as an obnoxious rebel is to think for yourself and to not follow the herd!”
Couldn’t of said it better. One of the reasons our son’s family ultimately emigrated is that his company was pushing so much group-think, “right-think” and “diversity training” that he was constantly in danger of losing his job if he ever spoke up about the crime and corruptions of Obama, the Clintons or Biden, or dared to say anything in favor of the Constitution’s most basic guaranteed freedoms and the right to bear arms. And this was in Florida, I can only imagine how horrendous this “right-think” oppression has become in Blue States. You can’t think for yourself, can’t reason independently, can’t stand up for basic Constitutional rights without being branded a “fascist” or “racist”. It’s part of why the Citizens United ruling was not in any way a victory for conservatives—corporate America is fully in the tank for the gun-grabs, political correctness and the general war against traditional America, especially with plutocrats like Bloomberg, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Soros, Gates and other Big Tech censor-happy tyrants driving the Dem and RINO agenda.
You just got to give these guys a hat tip. This man was ridiculed and left for dead just 2 years ago, and now he's on the cusp of winning a Senate seat, which is much more valuable than a House seat.
Maybe it's the Hollywood or Chinese money talking or backing, I don't know. But Dems DO NOT QUIT. They are relentless and if they do capture the Senate and Biden somehow prevails it is lights out folks. You might as well just go underground because your booty will have a big target on it.
1. Take over Government by any means.
2. Take Guns.
See a pattern with Democrats?
Yes. Our work internet filters allowed us to search all LGTB support sites, You Tube, twitter, but not and gun store or ammo sites.
They don’t quit, but many, many, many on “our” side, do.
What the Ga State Supreme Court thought of a gun ban in 1846.
19. * Nunn v. State, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846).
“’The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State.”
They don’t quit, but many, many, many on “our” side, do.
Agreed. Just today we have Karl Rove calling POTUS a “sore loser” and undermining his fight to stop the steal. Isn’t Rove in charge of fundraising for GA runoffs? I thought I read that.
