That’s what jumped out at me. The GA Supreme Court didn’t reject the premise of the case (neither, apparently did Fulton Superior Court) but rather on the basis that the Supreme Court didn’t have original jurisdiction. Now I grant that these may just be convenient excuses not to take a case, not paying a filing fee?

I would have thought after so many years in business, that President Trump would have ‘binders of top-notch lawyers’ at his disposal. I know some have fallen by the wayside, but still...
