The EO makes no provisions for invoking martial law. And incidentally, also makes no provision for a redo of the general election - or declaring one candidate or other the winner.

I’m not quoting the EO. Direct foreign intervention with Americans to subvert a national election is an act of war on the part of China, and treason on the part of the Americans involved.

That requires more than the EO covers, and the fraud was above and beyond expectations.

Either the President can burn it all down under Constitutional rights and drain the swamp in one fell swoop, or we die as a nation.

I've noticed that. I think he's not going to invoke it in order to be inaugurated. I think a lot is going to depend on Mike Pence, and the GOP in Congress. If everything goes well and he IS able to serve his 2nd term, this EO is how he drains the swamp starting in '21. I hope.
