Federal Judge Steve C. Jones, a Barack Obama appointee, is set to decide whether some 200,000 people purged from the Georgia voter rolls in 2019 can be put back on, allowing them to cast a ballot in the January 5 runoff election for two Senate seats.
The Law 360 website reported on the consequential case:
U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones said at the end of a three-hour hearing Thursday that he’ll decide “pretty quickly” whether to grant a request by four multi-state voter and civil rights organizations to re-register the purged voters. Voter registration for Georgia’s senatorial runoffs, which will decide the balance of power between Democrats and Republicans in the upper chamber, closed Monday.

The Dems are basically digging their own grave with all of this. Many, many are very quite well aware of the fraud and cheating that went on in the November vote, so doubling down in the GA runoffs will not make things any better. All of this will be seen as illegitimate by those good many.

Why can’t one honest judge reverse this judge from making laws from the bench? Some judges are more equal than others.
This is beyond stupid. Why don’t the people removed from the roles go and get reinstated? These people are either dead, or moved out of state. People were told they had to register by Dec 5th. If you can’t get it together you probably shouldn’t be voting.

I agree. Why do judges seem to have no problems hearing cases and issuing rulings to these groups?
While at the same time judges are tossing cases from anyone who wants to have the signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes verified.
If a case gets tossed, this is no Discovery and without Discovery there is no Evidence.
How did the States and the Courts put such a legal ‘lockbox’ on Evidence?

These civil rights organizations seem to have access to data held by State Election Offices, then why are we being locked out of seeing the Signatures on the Absentee Ballot Envelopes?
I’m sure they submitted Votes for Biden that were counted. And then added into the total several more times each.
