If they refuse vaccination, and since stopping the spread of this takes the cooperation of all people, including all potential asymptomatic carriers, they should each and all sign legal waivers in advance giving up the right to ventilators or intubation if they find themselves in an ICU with a severe case of Coronavirus.
I would say this is a fair proposition. Let the chips fall where they may.

I agree. I have little or no interest in a life even as I have now in the terminal stages of Secondary Progressive MS, Adrenal insufficiency, RA, etc., etc., etc. There are too, too many adverse reactions to having had Covid-19...I can only imagine (and I do) the long term reactions to an untested (or even tested) vaccine....
Remember small pox vaccine. I had that vaccine when I was 4 or 5 and almost lost my R leg. It worked very well in all the other kids...just not me.

I don’t blame them. Look, if COVID-19 attacked the young/healthy anywhere near as much as it does for individuals with comorbidities, I would be in favor of getting the general population fully vaccinated. But that’s not the case here.
Correcting your creative, but wrong, attempt at a plural for the word “virus.” The Latin plural of “virus” is...(drum roll)...”virus.” One may, and most people do, use the form “viruses” as the plural.
