A fellow teacher of mine told me about this one. apparently the Indiana State teachers association is saying by February there will be no masks in Indiana schools. Note that the article also highlights that cases are still really high in Indianapolis. So what's the big deal? Why now? Of course, because the election is over.

IPS schools are the worst in the state and receive the most funding. The state legislature reduced funding for schools to 85% per pupil that attended online only. Indianapolis through a fit because they were set to lose millions and millions of dollars. So what did King Holcomb do? Why he moved the count date!

The decision to close schools worldwide—especially in the US, which was the quickest to close them and the slowest to reopen them because we seem to value casinos and strip clubs etc. more than schools, while it’s the reverse in Europe—will one day be shown to be the biggest public health blunder of all time, as far as education goes.
