According to the black-robed fascists, nobody has standing to contest voter fraud, before the election, during the election or after the election.

The fascist courts are hereby designated as irrelevant. I do believe that we will find fairer judgments with vigilance committees, which can pop up from time to time, wherever or whenever needed.

Welcome to our new wild west. Sharpen your six-shooter skills as that is what will be the law-giver from this day forward.

Remember when no one “had standing” to challenge Bammy?

An omen of things to come

The courts have for years now abused the concept of standing to simply avoid cases they don’t want to be involved in. The courts should never be able to dodge cases they just don’t like, for whatever reason.

If the courts are going to claim lack of standing, then they should be required to state affirmatively what elements would be required in order to have standing. Otherwise, they can just dodge anything they want, which denies American citizens their right to access our legal system for resolution of disputes.

Right now the courts feel like an old-fashioned carnival game. “Step right up and win a prize!” Only, the game is rigged and no matter how hard you try you can’t win. WE HAVE NO JUSTICE SYSTEM. It’s just a phony come-on.
