Has anybody asked Justices Thomas or Alito (privately) exactly what we need to include in the “perfect” lawsuit to get this done?
They most certainly see the troubles ahead. They know we’re pissed. They want America to survive this mess.
What do THEY want to see in front of them? What lawsuit will succeed?
someone must be asking someone how to fix this within the system.
if not, sooner or later, things might get ugly. the rule of law has been tried... and found wanting.
