I didn't say it would be prosecuted, just that today's Supreme Court decision really has little to do with crimes that may have been committed during the election. The decision today was a case deciding if one state can sue over the manner in which another State conducts its elections.

The OTHER side of this issue coin is that the US Constitution was abrogated by four states which chose to ignore the Constitutional process of remonstrance. The cowardly court is gathered under the Roberts black robe,smelling very nasty.
