For example, if your tenant violated his lease agreement with you in New York, I, who lives in Ohion has no connection to you or the lease, cannot sue the tenant.

No. The electoral college is collective decision. If one part is corrupt, the jointly produced outcome is corrupt.

SCOTUS had 1 job. They failed.

How can any state, which is part of the “nation”, not have standing. This is like a marriage, if one (or more)states “ cheat” on another, doesn’t the offended state(s) have the right of review? They diluted the legitimate vote of other states. That is against the constitution!

So who DOES have standing? The supreme court needs to clarify that.
