1000 mg Non rock form Calcium (rock form poorly absorbed)
1000 UI D3 (bones)
1000 UI E
500 mg Magnesium Citrate (oxide poorly absorbed)(bones)
680 mg Strontium Citrate (bones)
40 mg Zinc
1000 mg Vit C (not for diabetics, runs up BS)
