Some notable Republicans that did not sign on are House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and GOP Conference Chairwoman Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., the latter of whom has emerged as a Trump critic.
During a House GOP leadership news conference Thursday, McCarthy twice declined to say he would sign on to Texas lawsuit, telling reporters only: "The president has a right for every legal challenge to be heard. He has the right to go to the Supreme Court with it, yes."
Do your duty McCarth. Sign it.
McCarthy is and always has been a dyed in the wool RINO. Don’t trust him.
McCarthy is every bit as bad a Ryan. Chamber of Commerce stooge all the way.
Should Trump lose he will be in line to be house speaker should 2022 bear fruit. Speaker does not need to be a member of congress. Much more effective but the GOP falling in line is far fetched. Interesting thought though. Mcarthy will have to be dealt with.

Kevin Mccarthy is no different from Eric Cantor or Paul Ryan.
Cheney and McCarthy need serious demotions, at leadt, on January 3rd. What does it say about our House Pubbies that they are among the critters chosen for thwir leadership? (And yes, that is why I don’t want the electoral vote to go the the House, despite the GOP-majority number of states represented by them.

See the hand of Boehner (Cannabis, Inc. head lobbyist) in this influence- an odd mix of Chamber of Commerce doofuses and the “medical marijuana” hustlers. Trump neither a boozer or loser stoner and major law enforcement stand in the way. Squishy ventriloquist dummy McCarthy. Mo Brooks may step up. Nancy will be gone.
No wonder why the party is so ineffective and spineless.

If the Republicans win back the House in 2022, McCarthy will be a Speaker as bad as Ryan and Boehner (remember him?) were.
Republicans now need to drop the “next guy in line” mentality and pick someone like Jim Jordan as the next Speaker, or we will have the same mess we had with Ryan and Boehner buddying up to Obama, with McCarthy paling up withBiden.
McCarthy is a Bush League Republican, all of the House and Senate GOP leadership are, always have been.
After Flimsey Grahamnesty and Micro Rubio give the Democrats 30+ million voters with amnesty for illegal aliens, we won’t have to worry about 2022 or 2024 or 2026 or 2028 or.......
And pigs will fly. Kevin you dance with the partner who brought you. Without Trump you and GOPe are nothing. We actually despise all of you.

Boehner was worse than Ryan. The very easy to sign bills that didnt even need deep state approval, he wouldn’t do and start crying for sympathy..
