Software that changes 6000 votes from one candidate to another is not a glitch

It has to be programmed to do that

We are well past moths interfering with a physical mechanism in a huge metal computer cabinet.

Those would be bugs. A glitch as far as I ever knew is like a brownout or an electrical surge. Bugs and glitches do not do what has occurred in the myriad of voting “irregularities” that we have seen evidence of - so you are correct there.
