COVID killed my DIL’s career. Staying at home has given her the chance to pursue various homestead activities. She started a sourdough culture and has kept it going for 8 months now. She sells a dozen sourdough loaves a week at a local market. Not much money in it but over time she made enough to buy my son a very nice smoker which they will both enjoy.
I was getting a very nice sourdough and marble rye from the local Super One in Tx.
I was so impressed I asked who baked it, and they brought out this young 30ish gal, I said “Are you married?”
